Juan Manuel Besa is a native Texan from Eagle Pass, Texas and founded PRRW in September of 1999. From his younger days as a child to his mature days as an adult he has been in the construction business and has taken great pride in it.
Over 30 Years Of Experience
Juan Besa has over 30 years experience in the commercial and residential areas. He received an associate’s degree in business from Southwest Texas Jr. College. He works with two of his sons Daniel Besa and Pat Besa who are no stranger to the trade. Daniel received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Texas Lutheran and Pat continues his education at ACC. Juan is not the typical owner who sits behind the desk; in fact, he doesn’t have a desk because he would rather be talking to the customers or picking up the hammer. PRRW strives in excellence and customer satisfaction.
